Sacred Heart Academy has 58 years of excellence in Ocean Beach.
We teach Kindergarten through 8th grade, and emphasize small class sizes. Our staff is fully certified, teaching the classical Core Knowledge curriculum. The Core Knowledge curriculum is based on theory that while events and technology are constantly changing, there is a body of lasting knowledge that should form the core curriculum. This includes basic principles of constitutional government, world history, essential elements of mathematics and oral and written expression, as well as masterpieces of art and music, stories and poems.
