Mr. Burow was born in Glendale California and graduated from Cresenta Valley High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at San Diego State University in Psychology. He has worked with emotionally disturbed children and has taught 4th and 5th grade students in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Burow taught Math and Social Studies at Harborside School in 2001.

Mr. Burow is married. His wife teaches math at Hoover High School. His son Gregory attends Kindergarten at Sacred Heart Academy as well. Mr. Burow's favorite pastimes are golf, surfing, and playing the piano. "I am very excited to be here. The staff is great to work with, the parents are very supportive, and the students want to learn.
