1st Grade - Liz West

I have always been drawn to teach children. I have taught for over 20 years, from teaching children with special needs (Early Intervention to Adults) and children in public and private settings in grades Pre-School to Fourth, as well as Christian education to young adults. My last teaching privilege was an 8 year role as Kindergarten teacher. I have now "graduated" to First grade and look forward to my first year at Sacred Heart Academy.

I love my faith,  people of all ages, the beach, reading a great book, eating out, day trips and travel afar and two and four legged pets- especially frogs (Forever Reliant On God!)

I have 3 beautiful children, Elliott(24), Bethany(22) and Taylor(20) and am blessed with extended family,  two awesome grandsons and wonderful friends.

My dog Sparky and Amazon parrot, Lorenzo,  keep me company at home.
